The Herring Feast, or "Heringsschmaus," is a traditional culinary event held on Ash Wednesday, marking the end of the exuberant carnival season and the start of Lent with herring-based dishes as a fish alternative to meat during fasting.
Join us on Ash Wednesday 18th February 2026 from 6 PM and enjoy our rich buffet of pickled herring salads, grilled fish, side dishes, and other delicacies!
